Display Order

This function allows you to display entities above or underneath each other.

There some things to note before changing the display order of your entities:

1. You cannot change the display order of Stands, they are always forced underneath everything apart from Zones. However you can change whether a stand is shown on top of or underneath another stand.

2. You cannot change the display order of Zones, they are always forced underneath everything. However you can change whether a Zone is shown on top of or underneath another Zone. Also, using the word 'Zones' in a layer name forces entities on that layer to go underneath objects (forces layer to top of PDF layers, see point 3 below).

3. Layers can also affect the display order of entities when exported to a PDF because of the way PDFs work, however you can avoid this problem by not exporting the layers to a PDF. The setting for not exporting layers to a PDF can be found here.

Select the entities you would like to change the display order of.

In this example I will select the Circle and bring it in front of the Rectangle.

With the Circle selected, go to MODIFY > Display Order > Bring to Front, as shown below.

The Circle is now in front of the Rectangle.
