Upload to Floorplan Live Manually

This function allows you to upload and update your floorplan on Floorplan Live without closing your drawing down. The floorplan will remain locked when using this function so Floorplan Live users will not be able to edit the floorplan on Floorplan Live but will be able to view the latest plan.

Click on the 'Upload' button which is located on the 'FLOORPLAN LIVE' ribbon.

One of following messages may now appear:

This message means that the floorplan has not yet been linked to Floorplan Live, please contact us to do this.

This message means that the floorplan you are uploading may be older than the one that is already on Floorplan Live. Please check the Issue Numbers in this message to make sure you are uploading the correct plan. If the issue numbers are the same it is safe to upload.

The following message will now appear asking you to confirm the upload and that the floorplan already online will remain locked.

After clicking Yes, the floorplan will be uploaded. Clicking No will cancel the function.

If another message appears with an error, please take a screenshot (ALT+PrtSC) and email it to support@eventfloorplans.co.uk.

Once the floorplan has finished uploading the following message will appear, click OK.
