Combine Hall Boundaries
Some floorplans that are across multiple halls and EFD can provide you with floorplan figures based on individual halls, however sometimes you don't need the individual hall figures so you need to combine them.
Some floorplans that are across multiple halls and EFD can provide you with floorplan figures based on individual halls, however sometimes you don't need the individual hall figures so you need to combine them.
In the example below you can see that Hall 3 is split into 2 sections (Hall3 and Hall 3a) and that there are separate Gross Areas / Hall Boundaries for each section. We will combine these 2 areas into one.

Select both Gross Areas / Hall Boundaries and a new dynamic menu ribbon will appear at the top of your screen. From this ribbon click on 'Combine Halls'

The following box will appear asking you which Hall Boundary you would like to keep, in this case I will select 'Hall 3', then click OK.

The Hall Boundaries will now be combined as shown below.
Note: You may need to change the Venue Supplied Area if relevant, which you can do by double clicking on the Hall Boundary.
