Select the logo you wish to add a hyperlink to then press F4 on your keyboard.
A small pop-up menu will appear, select Set Hyperlink.

The following dialog will now appear for you to type in the Hyperlink address.
You can click on the http://www. button to start you off or you can just copy and paste the URL from the website itself.
Once the address has been added you can click OK or OK & launch to make sure it works. Now when you next export a PDF from a View you will be able to click on the logo, assuming this option is also enabled in the View you export.
