Meterage Report Detailed
This function is used to calculate detailed stand areas such as Net and Gross, Available and Sold stands etc. If you want just a simple stand calculation, click here. You can also add certain stand figures onto your floorplan itself so they show on-screen, to do this you need to add a Stand Type Key.
Detailed Stand Calculation

Click the 'Meterage Report' button then the 'Detailed' button which is located on the HOME ribbon:

The program will now calculate all the figures, which may take a minute or so for large plans.

The following box will now appear giving you all of the figures:
TIP: If you want to export all of the figures to a spreadsheet, click on the 'Generate Spreadsheet' button at the bottom. You can also have this spreadsheet created automatically when you close your drawing down by going to SETTINGS > Drawing Properties > Save Options, then tick 'Export Meterage Report & Exhibitor list to Spreadsheet'.
NOTE: The exported spreadsheet also includes a basic Exhibitor List showing stand sizes etc, and if you tick 'Include Exhibitor Details' it will include all of the exhibitor details such as contact details.
