Selecting multiple Stands

There are 2 methods of selecting multiple stands with your mouse, both explained below.

Note that you can mix and match both of these selection methods.

Method 1 - Best method for selecting lots of stands close to each other

1

Zoom into the stands you would like to select.

Now press your mouse button down only and then drag your mouse from Right to Left and a Green box will appear. Drag this Green box over the stands you would like to select then release your mouse button to select them.

It does not matter where you start and finish the Green box as long as the Green box is touching the stands you want to select.

It is also important to drag from Right to Left and not Left to Right because otherwise a Blue box will appear which only selects things entirely within it, which can be useful in some scenarios but is a little more fiddly.

Note: Sometimes you only want to select the stands and not anything else such as gangway dimensions or zones etc, so to do this use the Select Stands Only function.

TIP: If you select the stands or a single stand again, it will deselect it.

Method 2 - Best method for selecting lots of stands far apart from each other

1

Zoom into the stands you would like to select.

Press and hold the CTLR key on your keyboard and then select the stands you want to select by clicking on them with your mouse.

TIP: If you select the stands or a single stand again, it will deselect it.
