Insert Auto-updating Text

This function allows you to add text such as the Show Name, Dates, Issue Number etc onto your floorplan which automatically updates when their property changes. For example, the Issue Number can be placed on your floorplan (even multiple times) and this number would update automatically when you open your floorplan and click Yes when it asks if you want to update the Issue Details.

TIP

If you want to use the same text for other plans, you can save this text as a Preset:

Click on the Presets button and the Presets window will appear. Copy (CTRL+C) the text you have created (one line at a time) then click the Add button, a new window will appear, then paste (CTRL+V) the text into this new window and click OK. The text will now appear in the Presets window at the bottom.

To use the text again on another plan, all you have to do is drag and drop the text from the bottom window into the top window.
