PDF - Embedded Image Quality
Use this function to adjust the quality of images that are exported to PDF. Reducing the quality can decrease the PDF file size if required.

Click on the 'Manage Views' button which is located on the HOME menu ribbon.

The Manage Views dialog box will now appear showing your list of views.
Select the View you want to edit and click the Edit button. (Multi-view editing is not available for this function).

The Edit View dialog will now appear.
Click on the PDF OPTIONS tab to access the Other Options as shown below.
To change the Embedded Image Quality, drag the 'slider' as highlighted below.
Moving the slider to the left will reduce the quality of the images on your PDF and will also reduce the file size of your PDF. We recommend a setting of 75% or above because going any lower than 75% does not make much more difference in the file size.
