Zoom to the Zone you want to edit and select it as shown below.
To move the Zone Name text, click on the Blue Node that is in the middle of the Zone Name.
You will now be able to move the Name around with your mouse and position it as required.

With the Zone(s) selected you will see all the font options along the top of your screen as highlighted below.
Adjust the Font, Height, Rotation and Justification as required.
If you want to reset the Zone Name text back to it's default settings, select the Blue node attached to the Name and press R on your keyboard.
