Clipboard Data Error

If you are getting the above message it means something in memory has corrupted on your computer. This could have been caused by any program on your computer.

First of all, click OK to the message, then try one or all of the steps below to fix the problem.

Clear the Windows Clipboard.

To clear the clipboard, click on the Windows Start button and start typing 'Clear Clipboard Data', then click on the app that appears. Now click on the 'Clear' button as highlighted below:

If the above does not work, the next step is to reboot your computer and see if that works.

If non of these steps work then there could be an issue with the memory on your computer which your IT dept will need to look into.
