Inspect Floorplan
The Inspect Floorplan function gives you an easy to read notification box telling you where items on your floorplan need attention such as stands drawn in a keep clear area.
Inspecting your floorplan
This is the Inspect Floorplan notification box:
There are 3 types of notification and they are ordered by importance, with the most important items at the top and shown with an exclamation mark in a Red Triangle. The next important items are shown as a question mark in an Orange box. Items marked with a tick in a Green circle are all ok but note any info icons, hover over these for more information.
The Inspection Floorplan function can be run manually but it also runs when you close your drawing down.
To run the Inspection manually select 'Inspect Floorplan' from the HOME ribbon.
Here is a rundown of each message that might appear and what they mean.
High Priority Warnings
When high priority warnings appear you can click the Show button to zoom in and highlight the problem areas. A thick, Red line will appear around the problem stands to make them easier to see, however if you want to turn the Red highlighting off temporarily just click in the Clear Highlights button.
The Inspect Floorplan box will remain on-screen while you fix any problems, once fixed just click on the Refresh button to run the inspection again.
