Changing Stand Text Colours

There are 2 ways to change the colour of stand text:

Method 1 - Change the colour of the layer that the text is on. Use this method when all of the text needs to be changed to the same colour i.e. change all of the Stand Numbers to Red.

Method 2 - Change the colour of the text directly. Use this method when you want text to be different colours i.e. change some Stand Numbers to Red, some to Blue, some to Green etc. Note that Stand Dimensions cannot currently be changed colour using this method.

Method 1 - Change the colour of the layer that the text is on.

Click the 'Layers' button which is located on the HOME ribbon.

The Layer Manager dialog box will now appear.

Find the layer that the text is on, in this case 'STANDS_TEXT_NUMBER' and select a colour from Colour drop down menu, in this case I have selected Blue.

Once selected Click OK. All of the stand numbers on your floorplan will now be Blue.

Method 2 - Change the colour of the text directly

Make sure the Properties Explorer is open, if it is not, go to SETTINGS and tick 'Properties' as shown below. The Properties Explorer should appear on the right of your screen as shown here.

Select the stands that you want to change the text colour of.

Now use the Properties Explorer to change the colour of the text as shown below.

If you want to change the colour back so that the layer colour is used, select 'Layer' from the colour selector (it will be at the top of the list).
