Adding Multiple Stand Numbers (Method 2)
This method of adding Stand Numbers 'Quick Add Numbers' is for adding a basic set of stand numbers to a selection or all stands with one click.
This method of adding Stand Numbers 'Quick Add Numbers' is for adding a basic set of stand numbers to a selection or all stands with one click.
This is useful for brand new floorplans or areas on a floorplan that need numbering quickly and temporarily so there are references on the stands for amendment purposes, then once the floorplan/area has been approved it can be numbered properly using Add Numbers function.

Select the stands that you would like to add numbers to or, if you would like all of your stands numbered then do not select any stands.

Select the 'Quick Add Numbers' button which is located on the HOME ribbon.
TIP: You can also initiate this function by using the default Hot Key ' Q '

All of the stands will now be numbered in a sequence from 1 to how ever many stands there are, starting from the bottom left working left and upwards as shown in the picture below.
NOTE: You will not be notified of duplicated stand numbers that have been added using this function, however, this will be irrelevant if you number the whole floorplan this way. You can check for duplicate stand numbers manually using the Inspect Floorplan function if required.
