As highlighted below in Red, select the files you require to be exported automatically when you close your drawing. These files will be exported to the folder shown at the bottom of the dialog as highlighted in Blue below. You can click on the 'Open Folder' button to access that folder.

You also have the following additional options when these files are exported:

  • Create a 2nd Copy of the file. To enable this tick box you must first select a folder to export to as highlighted in Green below.

  • Add the files to a ZIP (compressed) file - This can make it easier to email multiple files to a client.

  • Upload the files to your website via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). To enable this tick box the FTP Settings must be completed first.

  • Add the Issue Date and Number to the end of the file name as a suffix.

When you are happy with your selections, click OK and go to Step 4.

When you close your drawing the following dialog box appears. Make sure 'Update PDF/DWG/Image & Spreadsheet Files' is ticked.

Your Views will now be exported to your computer and uploaded via FTP if it has been enabled. You should see a little upload icon in the bottom right of your Windows task bar while your files are being uploaded via FTP.
