What are Views

Views let you create different 'looks' for your floorplan and let you switch between these different looks with one click. Not only that but when you have created some views they can be exported to PDF and other formats automatically.

As an example, you could save a View called Sales Plan which shows all the Sold and Reserved colours for stands but not show technical information such as pillar dimensions. Then you could create another View called Technical Plan which shows all the colours for Shell Scheme and Space Only stands, along with all of the pillar dimensions and venue service ducts.

You can have as many views as you like to suit different purposes.

It's worth noting that Views do not save different physical differences such as stand sizes, things like this will be reflected in ALL views.
