Follow these instructions to create a temporary copy of your drawing to work on which doesn't affect your master plan.

Open the drawing you want to use to create a temporary copy of.
If your drawing is linked to Floorplan Live, allow it to download and update your drawing then go to step 2.
If your drawing is NOT linked to Floorplan Live, jump to step 3.

If your drawing is linked to Floorplan Live, you must break the link so that any changes you make on your temporary plan do not affect the master plan.
Follow one of the below options and then come back to this page and go to step 3.
Disable the link temporarily- This will allow you to upload your temporary plan at a later date.
Unlink your floorplan permanently - This will break the link and can only be re-linked by sending your floorplan back to us.

Go to FILE > Save > Save As and save this drawing to a new location on your computer. See here for tips on Organising Drawings.
You have now created a copy of the drawing that you can work on temporarily.
