Hide Selected Layers
'Hide Selected Layers' allows you to quickly hide entities from your screen and views by just selecting them.
Hiding Selected Layers

Select an entity that is on the layer you would like to hide, for example you may want to hide the Gangway Dimensions so, select one of those.
TIP: You can select multiple entities that are on different layers at the same time.

On the HOME menu, click the 'Layers' button and then 'Hide Selected'.

The below dialog box will now appear.
Hide from current display will be automatically ticked so if that's all you want to do, just click OK. If you also want to hide the layer(s) from certain Views, tick them in the White box below. You can select multiple views by pressing and holding CTRL or SHIFT while clicking your mouse.
Click OK and the layer(s) that the entity(s) was on is now turned off, hiding it from view and the Views you ticked will also be updated accordingly.
Important Note: If you make a mistake and turn off a layer you did not intend to, UNDO will not work. You will have to switch the layers back on manually.
