Lock Layers
(Using the Layer Manager)

On the HOME menu, click the 'Layers' button and then 'Layer Manager'.

The Layer Manager dialog box will now appear as shown below.
Find the layers you would like to Lock and Tick the tick box that is under the Padlock Icon.
If you would like to Lock multiple layers at the same time, select the layer Names while pressing and holding the CTRL key on your keyboard, then click the Edit Selected button, Tick Locked and then Click OK. See 2nd dialog bog below.
