Lock Selected Layers
Locking selected layers helps you quickly lock a layer, such as venue pillars, from your screen and from views.

Select an entity that is on the layer you would like to lock, for example you may want to lock the Gangway Dimensions so they cannot be selected.
TIP: You can select multiple entities that are on different layers at the same time.

On the HOME menu, click the 'Layers' button and then 'Lock Selected'.

The below dialog box will now appear.
Lock in current display will be automatically ticked so if that's all you want to do, just click OK.
If you also want to lock the layer(s) for certain Views, tick them in the White box below. You can select multiple views by pressing and holding CTRL or SHIFT while clicking your mouse. Then click OK.
Important Note: If you make a mistake and Lock a layer you did not intend to, UNDO will not work. You will have to Unlock the layers manually.
