Drawing Properties
This is where you setup the basic settings of your floorplan such as the show name, Organiser details, Time Logging etc.
System Settings

To access the 'Drawing Properties' click on the below button which is located on the SETTINGS ribbon.

The Drawing Properties dialog box will now appear. See below for an explanation of each option available.
Exhibition:
Exhibition Name - Enter the name of the Exhibition.
Start Date - Change the exhibition start date (click on the arrow to open a calendar).
End Date - Change the exhibition start date (click on the arrow to open a calendar).
Website - Enter a URL of the exhibition website. You can click on the Blue icon to load the website.
SalesForce ID - If you are using Floorplan Live and also the SalesForce plugin, enter the SalesForce ID for your exhibition here.
Organiser:
Enter all of the Exhibition Organisers details here.
Contractor:
Enter all of the Contractors details here.
Venue:
Enter all of the Venue details here.
Floorplan Update Options:
Current Issue Number - Enter the issue number you want to start with, this is usually 1.
Current Issue Number - Enter the current date.
Issue Time - Enter the current time.
Updated By - This should show your name (computer name) automatically. If not you can set your name in System Settings.
Note: All of the above fields should update automatically when you next open your floorplan, so once setup you should not need to change them again.
Save Options:
When you save and close your drawing, the below options can be enabled to run automatically.
Export Meterage Report & Exhibitor List to Spreadsheet - Enabling this will create a meterage report & Exhibitor list to a spreadsheet. Tick 'Include Exhibitor Details' if you want Exhibitor Contact details etc to also be exported. Tick the FTP option if you want this spreadsheet to also be uploaded via FTP.
Export Time Log - Enabling this will export the Time Log to a spreadsheet. Tick the FTP option if you want this spreadsheet to also be uploaded via FTP.
Create PDFs of selected views
Create DWGs of selected views
Create Images of selected views - Tick each of the above so that these files are created for you automatically. Click the Select Views for Export button to select which Views should export each file type.
Upload the above files via FTP - Tick to enable this option and click here for help with this function.
Send Email Notification - Tick to enable this option and click here for help with this function.
Calculate Shell Scheme components and create PDFs of each stand block - Tick to enable this option and click here for help with this function.
Email the PDF stand Blocks (related to above function) - Tick to enable this option and click here for help with this function.
Time Log:
Enable Time Logging - When enabled, the time log will fill up automatically each time you work on your drawing.
Clear log (button) - Click this button to clear the log.
Export Log to XLS (button) - Click this to export the time log to a spreadsheet.
