Copy a Layer
Copying a Layer is a quick way of creating a new Layer while keeping the properties the same. Copying a layer does NOT copy the entities that are on that layer.

On the HOME menu, click the 'Layers' button and then 'Layer Manager'.

The Layer Manager dialog box will now appear as shown below (yours will show different layers).
Now select the Layer you would like to copy by clicking on the name of the layer, in this example we will select the 'View Borders' layer'.

Now click on the 'Copy' button.

The below dialog box will now appear showing the properties of the layer you copied plus an autogenerated name.
Give your layer a name and click OK. In this example we will call the new Layer 'Hall 2 Border'

You will now see your new Layer with matching properties as shown below.
