Unlock Layers
(Using the Layer Manager)
Note: If layers have been locked using the Keep Layers Locked function, the instructions below will not work.

On the HOME menu, click the 'Layers' button and then 'Layer Manager'.

The Layer Manager dialog box will now appear as shown below.
Find the layers you would like to Unlock and Untick the tick box that is under the Padlock Icon.
If you would like to Unlock multiple layers at the same time, select the layer Names while pressing and holding the CTRL key on your keyboard, then click the Edit Selected button, Untick Locked and then Click OK. See 2nd dialog bog below.
