Exporting Views

Once you have setup your Views you can export them to various file types for sharing.

Exporting your Views

Click on Export Views which is located on the HOME menu as highlighted below.

The below dialog will now appear.

Select the View you want to export then click on the file type you wish to export to, then select the location you want to save the file.
NOTE: The files will be exported using the settings you used when creating the View, if you want to change these settings go to 'Manage Views'.

A function which is not made clear, but can be useful, is to export multiple views to a multi-page PDF, go to step 3.

NOTE: If you want to add security to your PDFs, click on the PDF Security button in the bottom left to enable this. Click here for more help on PDF Security.

To export multiple Views to a multi-page PDF, select multiple views by pressing and holding the SHIFT or CTRL key on your keyboard.

Once selected, only the PDF button is available to click. Click the PDF button and select a location to save the file. The saved file will now contain multiple pages of each View.
The order of the pages is determined by the order of the views in the list.
