Changelog 2014

Version 3.0.24 - 17th December 2014

  • New Features / Improvements - Views:
    • The Views dialog has been re-designed to space things out a little more, making it easier to read after all the new functions that have been added recently. TABS are now used to categories the different settings.
    • The last selected view now shows in the Status bar at the bottom of the screen. Please note that this text will disappear if display changes are made, such as turning layers on or off.
    • The floorplan issue number can now be added automatically to the end of the automatically exported files from a view e.g. View Name 1 (Issue 2).pdf. To enable this function, edit the relevant view and then tick 'Add issue number to file name' tick box under the AUTO Tab..
    • Hyperlinks can now be disabled in the exported PDF. To enable this function, edit the relevant view and tick the 'Disable Hyperlinks' tick box under the PDF SETTINGS Tab.
    • You can now specify a folder where the automatically created files should be saved. To set this folder, edit the relevant view and specify the 'Auto Export folder' under the AUTO Tab.
  • New Features / Improvements - Print Border changes:
    • Print Borders have now been re-named to 'View Borders'. This is more logical because they are only relevant to Views.
    • When inserting a View Border, each new border you create is given a different name e.g Border 1, Border 2, etc. You can still name your borders to whatever you want but this function reduces confusion for people who do not name their borders.
    • View Borders are also now created onto a layer called 'View Borders' instead of 'B_Print Border', it also gets put into a layer group called 'Borders'. The B_Print Border layer also gets re-named on existing plans when they are opened.
    • It is now possible to have Custom Size View Borders. When inserting a border, you can now tick 'Custom Size' which will then allow you to adjust the border more freely using the Blue nodes.
    • The name of the View Border is now shown on the bottom left of the border for convenience.
  • New Feature - Stand areas now update dynamically when adjusting the size of a stand, this makes it much easier to find the size of stand you need.
